For this workshop, the objective was to make quick sketches with a suggestion of volume in cross hatching or cross outlines.
Weekly exercise : Redraw
This week’s exercise is a “Redraw” (illustration produced based on an old illustration) with a Before/After view. For this exercise I chose an illustration from 2018 with a warrior character and a dinosaur.
Weekly exercise : animal sketches
The objective of this exercise was to produce 5 sketches of animals, real or fantasy. I chose to create 5 fantasy animals with a small description page for each.
February Exercise : Vehicle
The February exercise was on the theme “vehicle”. For this exercise I worked in 3D to have a base, especially for the perspective. The idea was to make a fantastic coach.
